Please read all spa policies below carefully and acknowledge your agreement before your appointment.

Appointment & Booking Policy

• All treatments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone.
• A credit card is required to secure your appointment.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete forms and consultations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (<24 hours) or no-shows may result in a 50% charge on the card on file.
• Reschedules are subject to availability.

Late Arrival Policy

• Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid delaying other clients.
• Full service fees may still apply if the late arrival prevents completion of the treatment.

Payment Policy

• Payments can be made online during booking or in-person at the spa (cash, credit/debit, or online).
• Credit card on file guarantees your appointment and may be charged if cancellation policy applies.

Health & Safety Policy

• Clients must disclose allergies, medical conditions, or medications before treatment.
• The spa reserves the right to refuse service if treatments may pose a health risk.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if the service was not performed due to spa error.
• Services already performed are non-refundable.
